Returns & Exchanges

At FRYE, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original brand box and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
